Kirill —
CG Generalist

2 years of commercial experience, 5 years in 3D. Blender is my main tool: modelling, Geometry Nodes, Cycles, rigging and animation. I run the full cycle: modelling → UVs and textures in Substance Painter → lookdev and lighting → render and compositing in DaVinci Fusion, or assembly in Unreal Engine and Unity.

Right now I work on the digital twin of Moscow: tens of kilometres of road surfaces built from point clouds, in a team of 150+ people. Before that: hard-surface and product visualisation (100+ interactive industrial-equipment models for a web store), VFX for media projects (a FOOH clip featured by URA.RU) and event graphics.

Technical background: an honours degree in applied informatics from UrFU. I write Python scripts to automate Blender, know C# for Unity and Houdini at a basic level. I understand engine limits, mesh optimisation and topology for animation. I treat revisions as part of solving the project’s task.

EXPERIENCE
Jun 2026 — now
3D Modelling Specialist · Environment, city digital twinDigital Spatial Technologies

Road infrastructure for the city information model (digital twin) of Moscow, in a project team of 150+ people.

  • Model road surfaces from scan meshes built on point clouds, cross-checking against maps and street-level panoramas.
  • Prepare the geometry in Blender for further work in Unreal Engine.
  • Personal output: tens of kilometres of finished road surfaces.
  • Stack: Blender, Unreal Engine, scan meshes and point clouds.
Dec 2024 — Jun 2026
CG Generalistmoskvin.pro · creative production

Full-cycle 3D, motion design and VFX for commercial, media and industrial projects.

  • Industrial 3D and e-commerce: 100+ hard-surface models of drilling equipment and spare parts for the GK Terra online store (gk-terra.com). Modelled from drawings, or from photos where there were none; PBR materials and web optimisation, so every model can be rotated right on its product page. Plus product renders for the catalogue.
  • VFX for media projects: clips for well-known figures from show business and sport, from draft to final compositing, about 7 days per clip. Tracking in After Effects, compositing in DaVinci Fusion. A FOOH CGI clip for the Sverdlovsk Region Boxing Federation was published by the URA.RU Telegram channel.
  • Event design: visuals for the International Women’s Forum, with graphics integrated into video and interactive scenes.
  • Full-pipeline 3D: characters, props and environments. Topology, UVs, texturing in Substance Painter, lookdev, lighting and rendering in Cycles.
EDUCATION
2022 — 2026
BSc, Applied Informatics · first-class honoursUral Federal University (UrFU), Institute of Radio Electronics and IT

Every semester I owned the whole visual side of team game projects in Unity.

  • 2026 — UrFU certificate for an advanced-level team project (3D visuals of a game project).
2025
Professional retraining: Game Design and Game Development (288 hours)UrFU together with Targem Games

Defended with an “excellent” grade: a game project published on digital storefronts.

Privacy policy

Effective 5 October 2026.

1. Who processes the data

The data controller is Kirill, owner of the Hardframe 3D portfolio website. Contact: contact@hardframe3d.com.

2. What data

Your name, email or Telegram username and the text of your brief — only what you enter in the contact form yourself.

3. Why

Only to reply to your request and discuss the project. No newsletters; the data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

4. How

The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards the message to the owner's email. The service is located outside Russia, so submitting the form involves a cross-border transfer of data. If you prefer to avoid this, write directly by email or to @J_K_3_0 on Telegram.

5. How long

Messages are kept in the owner's mailbox while the project is discussed and carried out, and no longer than 3 years after the last message.

6. Your rights

You can ask what data about you is stored, request correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent by writing to contact@hardframe3d.com. Requests are answered within 10 working days.

7. Cookies and third-party content

Visits are counted with two services. Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) records the page address, the referring site, browser and device type, country and page load speed — without cookies and without identifying visitors. Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC, Russia) sets cookies and records the pages viewed, the referring site, clicks and scrolling, browser, device, screen size, approximate location by IP address and a random visitor ID; Webvisor session recording is turned off, and what you type into the form is not recorded. The statistics are used only in aggregate, to understand which works people look at; data is processed under the Yandex Metrica terms. You can refuse by blocking cookies in your browser or installing the Metrica opt-out add-on; the site keeps working. Apart from that, only the chosen interface language is stored in your browser (localStorage). Fonts, images and the showreel are served from this site itself. A Sketchfab 3D viewer loads only after you click it, and YouTube links open on youtube.com; these services follow their own privacy policies.
